11. The permit holders shall themselves have printed the labels prescribed for the various forms of stuffing and upholstered and stuffed articles. These labels shall comply with the provisions of Schedule 2.

11. The permit holders shall themselves have printed the labels prescribed for the various forms of stuffing and upholstered and stuffed articles. These labels shall comply with the provisions of Schedule 2 and shall be examined by the chief inspector.
